Book: Mastering Color Knitting by Melissa Leapman

Mastering Color Knitting

This book has a lot to recommend it. There are excellent diagrams for techniques.  The examination of colour theory is very good with good pictures and colour wheels. I bought the book mainly for the “Pattern Treasury” (which is shown in grey and white). If I have one critical comment to make about this book is that the patterns  though well photographed are not very imaginative. There are 2 or 3 of the 12 patterns in this book that would be a challenge, the others are at best basic. Needless to say I didn’t buy it for the patterns. I would however recommend this book for the other content!

(So far no Errata reported that I can find)
