FO Fri: Oaklet Shawl by Megan Goodacre

Started the Oaklet Shawl in a fit of depression. I wanted something to knit while watching T.V. that was basic but would be interesting in the end. My knitting design life is blaw. I have lots of ideas but I am tired of the process, I know this is just a rainy weather spring, want to get into the garden and plant something, thing. But for now I am knitting this and dreaming about patio expansion, carrots, lettuce, green onions and tomatoes…

Finished, knitted in Austermann Step, on 4.5mm needle. What a delight, butter soft and my favourite colour!

Would I knit this one again? You bet! Cured my depression with sunshine and Oaklet shawl :0)

It’s beautiful so far! I hope you get out of the rainy blah weather and mood. I totally understand the feeling.
