FO Friday: Dramatic renewal of purpose!

FOfriday

I am posting the current condition of all my WIP’s to keep myself honest and get myself back on track. Like a dieter at a buffet, I keep trying to convince myself that a little of this and that will not add up.

Current WIP List (7 + 3)

1) SPROUT – Growing Roots sweater started May 17/12

Definite progress, working on body and button bands before I finalize sleeve length. Just love the Heathered Purple, closest photo to true colour :0)

2) Top Down Swing Pullover started Jan 1/13

DH gave me the yarn and pattern for Christmas last year feels great! However this is the last all stocking stitch sweater I will ever do! Borrrring! Little education in pattern buying before next Christmas for DH.

For the readers among you. I am a fan of Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.

If you haven’t read it here is an article with 11 reasons why you should!

I posed a question to the Wednesday readers last week:

Is anyone interested in a Sports Bra, Ladies Underwear, or Unisex Boxer Shorts Tutorial? I am thinking of making some and will record the process. Please list which you are interested in. So far there has been one vote for a Sports Bra. Anyone else want to weigh in? I will probably be doing an example of each. So I am going to try a poll to determine which to plan first.

The polls are still open till the end of the month, vote here!

Nothing to be ashamed of I think. And yes, make an example of underwear, bras and boxer shorts. I have never made such items. Happy weekend. Regula
