I am content with life. I hope to send some good stuff out into the universe that will inspire, encourage and amuse.

What can I say I love to knit, spin, watch old movies and read. I am a fibreholic! My house needs no additional insulation. Favourite things to knit and design, socks (they are a take everywhere kinda thing) and lace because the brain needs stimulation.

Ok the perfect way to spend an afternoon, guys are out (this is important) cup of coffee, XL DD 1/2 decaf. knitting in hands, The Quiet Man with John Wayne (or similar movie) on TV.  The kittens and I enjoy these kind of afternoons.

Private Secretary and Technical Support for Kittens in question.

For more knitting etc. look for me on as willow4

Thanks for visiting, do come again :0)

Hi, I found your blog by googling St George’s church. My parents, John & Betty McLenon (nee Baker, nee Gibson), attend there. My name is Louise Baker and I’m currently in Alberta. I’m trying to find suggestions for someone who could drive John & Betty to church tomorrow (March 10) and possibly the following week, until my uncle David returns from his vacation. John has had to give up his car and stop driving rather suddenly, and it means so much for them to remain part of their church. If you have any ideas or phone numbers of people I could call to ask, I’d be very grateful! I check my email throughout the day. Thanks!

I work at Community Care Durham’s Whitby Adult Day Program location on 20 Sunray St. I came across your blog while researching for an upcoming program on National Lamb and Wool Month. We would love to have a Guild member share their knowledge with us. The program date is July 11th, however we are happy to hear from members of the community anytime!
