Life is settling down again. No more hospitals for a while. MiL is getting back her strength and I can actually knit again! There is a surgery in her future, the gallbladder must go, but that comes later. Thank goodness.
This week I continue with my socks, this is slow progress because they only get attention when I am waiting somewhere.
They are the travelling socks “Hill walkers“, more about them when I get to working on the after thought heel. For safety Line instructions see here.
I was so impressed with the 3 Tams, Tams that others at tami’s blog where doing, I decided to do Tam A for 12 hats in 2012 on Ravelry. I think they will make nice Christmas presents.
Books: Began reading “Dangerous Tides” by Christine Feehan #4 in the Drake Sisters series. Have read this before, it’s about Libby the forth sister. She can heal with her touch. I rather like this one, Libby is a really kind and compassionate person, how she gets into all sorts of trouble!
Well as usual I have a bunch of things on the go, will try to have something done by Friday. Possibly a new pattern to publish… but that is a secret right now, so keep it under your hat :0)
FO’s 2012 = 5
WIP’s 2012 = 6
Stash used = 6 + 2 = 8
Stash Purchased 2012 = 3 + 3 = 6
Books = 7
Cya later, and take care.
Go see Tami’s place if you have time, there’s lots going on there.

Nice to hear the MIL is on the mend. It’s always such a relief when things get back to normal. Lovely tam – it’d be lovely to find that under the tree!
