DH and I watched The Women (2008) on DVD,

This is a delightful remake of a great movie made in 1939!

Almost as good as the origional “The Women” (1939) here are some of the witty lines. I highly recommend both films!

Then we watched “The Holiday” another great movie I highly recommend!

WIP Weds: Cast on mania week 3!

Had a very busy weekend, Friday at my Aunts Funeral (6 hours in the car, lots of time to knit and visit with my fellas) and on Saturday gave a Handspinning Demo with a dear friend and evening watching hockey with DH and his friends (more knitting time as hockey isn’t really my thing). Sunday Church and lunch with parents and more friends. Monday was Family Day a civic holiday here in Ontario, Cda, so not much got done. 

Tuesday was a quiet knit and watch Dorothy Sayers “Gaudy Night”

Well I was right life has intervened, I am at a Funeral today. The last of my Mothers siblings has died. Mom has not said much, but I can imagine. I will miss Aunt “Honey” very much, my thoughts and prayers go out to Alan and Crystal.
