Well thank goodness the Grapefruit diet is over (not that I was that diligent about it)
This week I am Getting started week one of Winning Points Weight Watchers Program.
I did this program a few years ago. It is much easier to stick to as it is more flexible. However if you want to eat the WW products be prepared to spend serious $$$.
Having said that the Raisin bread is very good and only 3 points for 2 pieces plus some margarine 4 points for breakfast, not bad.
